I am getting a 500 Error. What should I do?

If at any point you encounter a 500 Error, please contact us, so we can investigate it. Please try including the following:

  1. The copy of the error token (if available). The error token can be copied from the window.

  2. The URL of the page.

  3. A description of what you were trying to do (i.e.: “I was trying to access the Account Settings page”).
